The hotel offers good value for money, with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location is convenient for visiting Rotterdam's points of interest, and parking is easily available. Check-in and check-out are fast and easy, and bike rental is also hassle-free. a great option for those traveling by car.

Room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went out of their way to help when my travel bag zipper broke. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the zoo. The lobby looks really nice and there is an option for room service. The rooms are spacious and there is fast and stable wifi. The hotel offers a variety of facilities such as a terrace and a bar. The service is friendly and helpful.
There were some issues with the staff not being nice and some things in the room not working.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near a wonderful zoo and not far from the city center. It was great to be in a quiet area but still have easy access to all the attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view in two directions. I really appreciated the option of room service, it made my stay even more luxurious. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and their excellent spoken English made communication easy. I will definitely be returning to this place in the future.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I loved how close it was to the zoo and the beautiful park. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to public transport and if you prefer, ample parking facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the breakfast had a great variety of options and was easily accessible.
